該類產(chǎn)品采用的芯片內(nèi)部包含最大16K*16bit OTP-ROM,集成了最多4*20(8*16)的LCD驅(qū)動器，內(nèi)置了12位ADC。同時外部器件少，內(nèi)部集成紅外發(fā)射電路。
The chip used in this kind of products contains a maximum of 16k*16bit otp-rom, which integrates up to 4*20 (8*16) LCD drivers, and built in a 12 bit ADC. Meanwhile, there are few external devices and internal integrated infrared emission circuit.
主要應(yīng)用場景：溫控器、溫濕度計、空調(diào)遙控器。
